and handling fee.   ( both are on the page of the items)      

4,).....write it all down,....                                                          
                   1,...Your name, address, phone, e-mail 
             2,...style of box or item.            
3,...pattern.                
* 4,...price of item.            
                   * 5,...shipping and handling fee .           

    
             ( add lines 4 and 5 above * ) 

           6,...write a check for the total.
