The calm ocean waters in Laie lend  themselves well  to swimming and body surfing.  If you look in the water towards the buildings, you will see a dark spot.  This spot is actually a man on a small surfboard attached to his feet holding the kite-like sail you see in the sky.  Anyone know what this type of surfing is called?
