Thursday Blur

Eric (A.D.) finally made it to the weekly Thursday night ride. This event has gained fabled status in the annals of mt. bikin'. The ride coincided with an excuse to celebrate Craig's birthday. eight riders made the call to attend this special event, one which is in part commonplace and also touches the extraordinary.

The ride included a couple hours of scintillating pedaling, two official party stops, a couple of flats and lots of technical drama. The ride was fueled with copious amounts of camaraderie, beautiful scenery, beer and spirits. The ride lasted well into the night and finished with a fantastic meal at Christina's. The ride had all of the ingrediants necessary to slip the surly bonds, including a strange sheriff encounter near the end.
