The award winning Russound Smart Select Volume Control incorporates all the quality and versatility found in our high fidelity Ultra-Match(tm) volume controls as well as some of the unique features only multi-room distribution system can provide. When you turn the system on, all zones are muted by default. The Smart Select intelligent circuitry allows the user to turn one zone on or off at a time. The SSVC also communicates between other SSVC volume controls offering the ability to turn all rooms on or off with only one button! Russound SSVC control device not only functions as an independent room controller but also as an impedance-matching volume control. Each control uses our patented Ultra-Match technology to control amplifier impedance and to insure safe operation of multiple speakers using a single amplifier / receiver.
