Tapered Vases

Tapered Vases have a soft and understated shape that is a natural with flowers. Both the 7" and 11" Tapered Vases (‘B,’ ‘D’ and ‘F’) are great for easily arranging a bunch of flowers such as daffodils or a supermarket bouquet. I like to use marbles in the bottom to help hold the stems just where I want them; the marbles also add stability to the vase for tall flowers. For the Fat Tapered Vase (‘E’ above) a 1 1/8" Pin Frog (M2076) can be a real aid to arranging. For the Short Tapered Vase (‘C’ above and ‘G’ at right with a 4x8" Rectangular Trivet) I find a 7/8" Pin Frog (M2078) absolutely essential. The 5" Slender Taper (‘A’ above) is a good choice for a single flower or a bouquet of small flowers. It also can be set on a rectangular trivet for extra effect.
