The success of AquaBabies has spawned a bunch of wannabe look alikes.  Do not be fooled.   AquaBabies are designed to insure healthy fish/frogs, supported by both the manufacture and the Website, guaranteed and made according to strict specification.  Every AquaBaby manufacturer has been trained and is continually updated on improvements with our little environments. 

Most of our competitors do not cycle their gravel which is essential part of maintaining a healthy environment in these little containers and may use combination or types of fish which will not work under normal household condition.   If you have bought one of these products and have found this announcement while looking for assistance for your little tank, we will try to help.  Your best bet however is return it for a refund and get a genuine AquaBaby.

• AquaPals - East Coast States
• AquaMinis - Alberta, Canada
• Water Wonders - Southern California and perhaps other malls. 
• Names of a few more that have come and gone:  BioCube, MiniFins, AquaPets and we hope to add the above names to this list in the near future.

You can easily tell the difference in quality and we encourage you to ask any competitor about their design and function, if you can find a contact number,  and can reach someone who can actually answer questions.  An AquaBabies original will come with a fully colored instruction sheet (no Xerox), printed feed bags, living gravel (brown at bottom of the tank), a live plant, fish or frogs and a toothpick. Do not be fooled.
