3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS

(Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,mid-December through first week of January)

Terms and Policies

MINIMUM STAY: The Beach House is available for a minimum of two nights year-round and a minimum of three nights on holidays and during the end-of-year holiday season.

DISCOUNTS: One Person Stays, Returning Guests, Stays longer than three consecutive nights and Seniors. Just inquire !

GUEST LIMITS: The Beach House is available for a maximum of four people. If four adults, be sure you are the closest of friends! The cottage is two bedrooms and one bathroom. Configuration is one queen bed in each room.

RESERVATIONS: Email or call me to discuss dates and ask questions, etc. Once your dates have been tentatively confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent to you via email. You can send the rental agreement back to me by email attachment and pay by using the PayPal button at the bottom of the email I send you. You don't need a PayPal account to pay this way,standard credit cards are fine.Or if you prefer, you can hand sign the vacation rental agreement and put it in the mail to me with a check. The Beach House is considered reserved only when full payment has been received along with a signed copy of the rental agreement. The reservation cannot be "held" without full payment. Directions and keycodes will be sent to you with confirmation.

All Inclusive: There are no additional taxes or cleaning fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is 50% of your total rental fee. Your deposit will be returned within 21 days of your departure date assuming you leave the Beach House as you found it and you've used your credit card for non-local phone calls and pay-per-view TV.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your check-in date, your entire deposit and rental fee will be returned to you, less a 10% processing fee. If you give less than 30 days cancellation notice, we will do everything possible to re-rent your reservation time. If we are unable to rent it, you forfeit your entire rental fee and your security deposit is returned less a 10% processing fee.

IN/OUT: Check-in is 3 p.m. Check-out is noon. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible if arranged in advance.

A FEW RULES: Smoking is not permitted inside the Beach House. Sorry, no pets. Credit cards must be used for non-local calls. To preserve the area's peaceful quality, we have a no party policy.

AMENITIES: The Beach House has been substantially updated in 2007 with new flooring, appliances, interior paint, Anderson windows, plush carpet and new bathroom. Towels, freshly made beds, firewood,full kitchen,42"LCD TV, Satellite/VCR/CD/DVD/DSL.
