Richard J. Ingram, P.E.

Richard has been with Brelje & Race for more than 23 years. In 2000, he acquired an ownership interest in the firm, and in 2005 was named Vice President. For the past 15 years, he has designed and managed projects exclusively in the water and wastewater fields. He has a broad client base which includes both private and public agencies. He has been involved on over $20 million worth of capital improvement projects for the Town of Windsor – including two award-winning projects, and himself received the “Engineer of the Year” award in 1996 from the Wine Country Water Works Association for his work on the Camp Meeker water system.
