Project: 3rd, 4th and 5th Street Sewer Replacement and Rehabilitation

Client: City of Santa Rosa

Brelje & Race provided construction inspection services for the replacement of aging sewer mains within a busy commercial area.  The site had numerous utility conflicts, abandoned utilities and unmarked infrastructure that required ongoing field resolution.  The area of work was very busy with both vehicular and pedestrian traffic and business were concerned that the project would create a financial burden because of lost revenue. Brelje & Race worked with the utility department and its customers to keep the project moving ahead with the focus on avoiding significant impacts to businesses and maintaining a safe work environment for the public and the contractor.
