In 1924, the Davitt & Hanser Music Company opened, with a passion for the art of music that was evident in all aspects of its business. In the following generations, the company grew into Hanser Holdings International (HHI), one of the most trusted names in the manufacture and distribution of all things related to music—from instrumentation to amplification—introducing products and brands to meet the evolving needs of today’s music consumer. During that time, HHI has been responsible for introducing many well-known brands, including Kustom Amplification and B.C. Rich Guitars.

1991 - Kustom Home Sound revolutionizes home audio with the KHS5360, the precursor to today's single-box audio distribution solution.

1995 - Versatile and powerful, the KHA240V brings home audio amplification and distribution to a single-rack mountable component.

1996 - Kustom introduces the popular KHS4640, the first-ever home audio distribution system with the 4-source, 6-zone single-box format.

2000 - The KHS6640 expands the multi-source, multi-zone offering with it's 6-source, 6-zone system.

2002 - Kustom Home Sound becomes NuVo, introducing a new wave of user-friendly systems and opening a new world of quality home sound to more consumers than ever.
