About Marina
I am a mother, a psychic, a conscious channeler, a medium, and a writer, both technical and creative.
Education
I taught myself to read when I was 4 and have never stopped learning since. Because of my insatiable curiosity about everything, my education is quite broad, starting with a strong science background (biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics), as well as strong English language abilities and background.
Coming from an educated but financially poor family, I put myself through Santa Clara University (a top-notch private Jesuit university). I paid for it using work income (I worked 20 hours a week during the school year, and full time during the summers), scholarships, grants, and loans. At Santa Clara, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Anthropology. When I graduated, I was two courses away from earning a second Bachelor's degree in English.
I went on to earn a Master of Library Science (pretty much a specialized MBA) from San José State University, earning a two-year degree in one year while working 30 hours a week.
Later, I went on to earn a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Arizona, with a minor in linguistics. Since then, I have taken a lot of classes on a lot of different subjects and, of course, have never stopped reading.
However. I know it's been said before, but the more I learn, the more I realize there is so much more to know. To semi-quote Isaac Newton, that great ocean of truth still lies undiscovered before me. Still, my intelligence and knowledge greatly serve my ability to psychically bring through clear and new information.
My Spiritual Path
In a nutshell, I believe that all that exists was created by those whom I call our Creators. I use the multiple term both because it is more Biblically correct and to honor the multiple nature of God: masculine and feminine, father and mother.
I believe that there is a physical existence and a spiritual one, each of which has a multitude of levels, layers, dimensions, planes, or whatever else you want to call them. We as individuals are unique aspects of a greater self (our oversoul or higher self) which exists outside time and space, and which manifests inside time and space as different lifetimes. There are many other souls who are doing the same.
There is no cosmic soup or goo into which our individualities will dissolve after death or after trudging through some karmic hell of repeated lifetimes. Why would our Creators make us only to destroy us? Instead, we continue to evolve and grow, just as our Creators do. I say this with full authority.
I believe that our Creators gave us free will and as a consequence, we cannot blame them for the bad things that happen in this world. They do not make anyone do anything. That would violate both the principles of free will and the principles of love. Instead, we have the power and the ability to create every last exquisite aspect of our experiences, both good and bad, and we do so because we ultimately wish to learn and heal. Therefore, if something bad is happening to us, that gives us a chance to look at the beliefs we have that created that event, and to change those beliefs so we don't have to go through those experiences again.
I believe that all time is simultaneous, and that therefore what we do now can affect every other lifetime we are living. I believe that some lifetimes are more closely related than others. I also believe that in other lifetimes, even those that are in what seems like the past from our perspective, we can make different decisions and therefore change all other connected lifetimes. One of my special gifts is to help people locate and resolve decisions they have made, either in this lifetime or in others, in order to permanently heal long-standing spiritual issues. I work with Metatron either directly or indirectly to help bring this about.
I also believe that there is no actual hell, though sometimes, through their own fears and beliefs, souls can create and then trap themselves in something that can feel like hell to them. Instead, after we leave our bodies, we move on to a different level of existence. If we've been particularly bad to others, we are segregated to keep others safe while we learn more about ourselves and the consequences of our actions—a kind of cosmic school, if you will, but a very loving one.
My Psychic Life
I've had psychic experiences since I was a child, though I took them for granted and never spoke of them to others. I have had vivid, full-color, dreams with touch, taste, smell, and hearing since my early teens, and although most of them don't come true, sometimes I have predicted the future or picked up complex mathematical formulae in the dream state. I've also had out-of-body experiences and a wide variety of weird things that I don't even dare mention, because most people would balk at believing them.
And yet, despite these experiences, for a long time I didn't do anything with my abilities.
To keep this short, eventually I met with several incredibly talented psychics, each of whom encouraged me by giving me information about me that I couldn't access for myself at the time. Years before I started channeling, I was told that Jesus wanted me to channel him, at which I boggled because I didn't ever think I would be a channel at all, and wondered why Jesus would want to speak through me. Later, I started channeling in 1991, got initiated in Reiki Level 1 (Usui method) by Beth Gray, then Level 2 by another Reiki master, and finally master level by a third. (Reiki, if you manage to find someone whose teachings aren't muddied, is an excellent support for any psychic work.)
I have since learned a great deal, mostly from my spirit guides and through my own channeling, but also from other psychics. I've done psychic readings, have held public and private channeling sessions, and in general have found that exploring my spiritual path and sharing the information I obtain through my psychic and other abilities is very fulfilling to me.
