Susan KinderSusan K. Kinder,M.B.A., Executive Director. Susan has served on the Board of Directors since 2007 and as Board President since 2009 through June 2010. She currently serves as Executive Director of the agency.  Her extensive business background and acumen have enabled her to actively participate in the broadening of the focus and services of the agency.  Susan received a Bachelors Degree in Business from San Jose State University in 1974 followed by a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara in 1983.  Following several years managing technology companies in the Santa Clara Valley, she developed a consulting practice which served that industry and its affiliated banks and investors. Her practice included business plan development, financing strategies, strategic business review, and early stage financial management.  Because of her interest in youth, Susan was a founding board member of the Sunnyvale School District Foundation. Since her retirement from her consulting practice, Susan has sought ways to actively serve her community and is licensed as an emergency foster parent for the County of Sonoma’s Child Protective Services.
WendyWendy Evans, Restorative Justice Programs Manager. Wendy Evans has been with Restorative Resources since November 2001. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Wendy has worked in a variety of settings during her career. Wendy’s work at Restorative Resources combines many of her interests: working with youths & families, helping to create more humane and effective ways to deal with the harm caused by criminal offenses, and working with other committed professionals to build an services that benefit all in the community. Wendy lives near Sebastopol on 3 acres with her husband, two miniature donkeys and three dogs.
Jane Weil Restorative Justice Facilitator Jane Weil, Restorative Conference Coordinator and Volunteer Program Manager.  Jane has worked at Restorative Resources since March 2009.  She received her MSW from UC Berkeley and has worked with youth and adults in a variety of schools, medical facilities and agencies providing social, mental health and mediation services. At Restorative Resources, Jane combines her strong interest in working with at-risk youth and their families with a dedication to social justice and supporting the rights and interests of all members of the community. She has served on several school boards (both public and private) as well as the Board of Recourse Mediation Services.  Jane enjoys spending time with her 3 adult children, creating pottery and hiking.

JeannaJeanna Ruppel, Office Manager/Circle Keeper: Among Jeanna's many great strengths is her ability to inspire and connect people with others who share their passion for wonderful causes. Jeanna has been a long time activist for education reform and serves as a member of a variety of boards and advisor to local educational leaders. A couple of years ago she made a decision to become a "professional volunteer." It has been Restorative Resources' good fortune to benefit from her generosity. In addition to keeping the office in order, Jeanna co-facilitates circles in many classrooms, organizes and co-facilitates our circle trainings, and generally contributes to office morale. She finds her personal inspiration in family, animals, and nature. Jeanna lives with her son and husband in Windsor.
