QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICYWould you want to place your purchases in the hands of a company that only sells rare books and merchandise as a sideline? If the answer is no, you've finally made it to the right place! Since 1994 we have been in business as professional Antiquarian Book Dealers responding to customer wants from around the world. If you are already buying books from us you know we have provided you some of the very best quality and scarce collectable books in our specialty field. Work with the Industry Leader: Since 1994 Torpedo Junction remains the first and only, serious, reputable, professional, internet-based, quality source of its type in the Submarine and U-boat Community. The World's largest inventory and finest selection of new and rare submarine merchandise and collectables at great prices with satisfaction guaranteed customer service! We wrap all our books with dust jackets in special archival "protective plastic" Brodart jacket covers. Having a scarce collectable book with the original dust jacket adds to the value of a rare book substantially due to the perishability of this original paper cover. It is a priority for us to insure that these covers are protected to provide you, the customer, with a lasting rare collectable value. We are known to package our shipments very carefully. We have seen rare books that survived many years in good condition on a shelf be ruined by lack of packaging detail and carelessness. In many cases these books cannot be replaced easily or at all. We strive to be certain you receive your rare collectable books in the good condition you expect! Over the years we have directly commissioned authors and/or combatants to provide us with "specially signed editions." These are always provided to us in limited quantities and "are not available from any other sources signed in this manner." The condition of the book is described first and then the dust jacket. For example, VG/G means the book is in very good condition and the dust jacket is in good condition. If the description only states VG it means the book is in very good condition WITHOUT a dust jacket.
