Holly Rudin-Braschi, MA, ACSM, President Feasting in the Fast Lane Certifications and Education Holly has a Bachelors Degree from Vassar College, a Masters Degree from the Manhattan School of Music, and a German certification from Middlebury College in Vermont. In addition, she studied nutrition at California State University at Hayward and holds current certifications from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Holly also speaks Italian, French, basic Norwegian and Greek. Holly currently lives in Northern California where, in her "spare time," she enjoys kayaking and cycling with her husband John Braschi.
