Holly Rudin-Braschi, MA, ACSM, President Feasting in the Fast Lane Spokesperson and Media Personality Combining her culinary knowledge with an engaging, high-energy personality, Holly has sold over 100,000 electric tabletop grills and a variety of other small kitchen appliances on QVC as an on-air guest for Salton-MAXIM. She also appears on The Shopping Channel in Canada. Previously, Holly worked closely with famed television chef Martin Yan as his personal assistant during the 1990 KQED taping of 28 "Yan Can Cook" shows which aired on PBS. Holly also appeared weekly on television in Austin, Texas, in a five minute Feasting in the Fast Lane segment which she produced for KXAN-TV's "Saturday First Cast," a local news/magazine program. Holly with comedian Grover Silcox on "Good Day Philadelphia."
