Session 06—Fri, Sep 9: Camellia sinensis basics ⑤: Tea Brewing Day
Topics
◊ Tea brewing
Thoughts—read before class, revisit for tests
We look at color, aroma, taste. Of these, please try to keep in mind the color of the brewed tea since this will become a topic of discussion over the next few weeks. Tea color and ceramics has interactived closely over time.
The upcoming session and the one follow that are identifcal. Half the class attends one of these two sessions and is free the other day.Go here to find out which day you are to attend: Tea identification groups.
Required—to be completed for today's session
✓ Attendance. While it might seem that this is a good day to go missing, I think you will find it useful to participate.
