 VF2 large Volume Filter

This easy-to-monitor downspout filter is designed to reliably cleanse rainwater. Leaves and debris are simply separated through the front opening. The primary cascade filters out any large or coarse particles, such as leaves and moss. Below and behind the primary cascade is a finer secondary filter with a stainless steel mesh which insures that all particles coarser than 550 microns are removed.

Similar to the VF1 (horizontal), the VF1 Combi has the cleaned water outlet at the bottom of the filter. It filters roof areas up to 450 m² and offers a high level of filtering efficiency, independent of flow rate. Materials and mesh size same as VF1.  When used before the tank, the Combi gives a high degree of flexibility to the angle of direction of the cleaned water outlet pipe, feeding to the rainwater tank.

This inexpensive filter is designed to stop blocked rainwater gutters and gullies. Accumulating leaves and particles are continuously filtered out. The larger dirt is filtered out of the rainwater by the filter ribs while leaves and dirt are simply ejected from the filter. So that cleaned rainwater easily passes through to the downpipe.

This tough, durable product filters and collects rainwater for water butts and rain tanks. It’s a perfect match for rain barrels, smaller storage tanks or even as a top-off device for swimming pools. Leaves and debris that cause sludge build up and poor water quality are removed through a stainless steel mesh, allowing the cleaned water to enter the rain barrel or storage tank. Easy to install into existing rectangular or round downspouts. Also available in brown.

The Cistern Filter is ideally suited for small- to mid-size systems up to 2150 sq. ft. where installation inside the storage tank is desired. Incoming water is continuously filtered through a two stage cleaning system. The first stage removes larger debris such as leaves and other organic matter which protects the finer second stage from clogging. After the finer particles are removed in the second stage the clean water flows into the storage tank through the calmed inlet. The two stage filter can be easily removed for cleaning.

The stainless steel filter assembly components include the upper housing, .011” fine mesh filter, and main housing. The standpipe downspout filter collector is installed in the vertical rainwater downspout piping partly below grade to remove debris to the storm water system and divert 95% of the clean rainwater to an underground storage tank. The filter operates as a first flush device. The filter assembly consists of downspout converter kit and filter. Circulating air within the main housing dries the mesh filter thus reducing contamination of the rainwater. The mesh filter is easily removed and should be cleaned in a dishwasher at least once a year.

Typically installed in underground piping systems, these medium capacity vortex filters remove debris from storm water and can divert 95% of it as clean rainwater to an underground storage tank for use in various site irrigation and non-potable uses. (An above grade application is also possible). They work well in installations where multiple downspouts are connected together to a single pipe. Operating as a first flush device, the filter assembly consists of a 12” stainless steel lift handle, removable stainless steel .011” fine mesh filter and polypropylene filter housing, upper ring, and housing lid. This simple Rainwater Collector with large slat filter collects and filters the rainwater from small roofs for smaller rainwater tanks. It fits downpipes made of copper, aluminum or galvanized at DN100, with a 3/4” outlet connection, screw thread or push-fit. It has both a summer and winter positions.

The Compact Filter, one of the smallest in-tank rainwater filters, is to use where there is little room and no height difference between inlet and outlet. This filter is ideally suited for use in conjunction with a Overflow Siphon Duo and the Calmed Inlet. It offers low maintenance, depending on the contamination and has a connection capacity for roof areas up to 150 m² and a mesh size of filter cartridge 0,7 x 1,7 mm. The cleaned water can be used in non-potable ways for washing machines, toilet flushing and garden watering.

 

 Compact FILTER

The Sinus Filter is ideal for converting existing tanks as it has no height difference between rainwater inlet and outlet to the waste water sewer. The filter cartridge lies diagonally in the housing, therefore even more water can be saved in comparison to conventional filters. It offers low maintenance, depending on the contamination and the connection capacity works for roof areas up to 150 m² with a mesh size of filter cartridge 0,7 x 1,7 mm.  PATRONEN FILTER

The Garden Filter has a plastic shaft extension tube for direct installation in the ground before the rainwater tank, with a locking lid. The extension tube is telescopic, so it can be cut to the correct height and is therefore simple to use and install. The extension is correctly fitted when the bayonet locking system clicks into place. This filter is very suitable for watering the garden and for sites where rainwater has to be drained off (i.e., where a connection with a sewer is not possible). The cleaned rainwater is led through the bottom connection into the rainwater tank. The filter has to be cleaned depending on the contamination several times during the year.

This specialized filter is used for installation in the ground before the rainwater tank. It retains all debris in a stainless steel basket (mesh size 0,55 mm) such that no dirt is washed away into the soakaway or infiltration structure. This filter is very suitable for equipments where the water is used in washing machines, toilet flushing and garden watering, and for sites in which the rainwater has to be drained off (i.e., where connection with a sewer is not possible). All inlets and outlets are DN 110; one inlet can also be used as an emergency overflow. The connection capacity is for roof areas up to 200 m².
