Ladis Kapka


Ladis Kapka has been working in the massage and bodywork field since 1987. He is a California Certified Instructor and for years has taught basic massage, Deep bodywork and Lymphatic massage at Integrative Therapy School.

Since 1998 Ladis has offered classes in Clinical Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Breathwork and Energy Systems. He is also a member of the Surf to Sierra Sports Massage Team.

He currently practices at both midtown Sacramento and in the Carmichael area, working with a full spectrum of health challenges. Areas of special interest include chronic pain, headache, and injury recovery, especially cranial injuries. For more information Ladis can be reached at (916) 448-6254
